MBA RECRUITMENT ADVISOR (Recruitment & Data Specialist)

Your mission
MBA recruitment (60%)
- Build relationships with prospective MBA candidates.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment journey.
- Generate, nurture and qualify leads.
- Support admissions and recruitment events.
- Identify opportunities for more targeted outreach and business development.
- Work closely with Marketing to improve pipeline generation and conversion.
Market and employer insights (20%)
- Engage with employers, recruiters and alumni.
- Track graduate career outcomes and labour market trends.
- Identify employer needs and emerging talent demands.
- Translate market insights into stronger recruitment strategies and candidate value propositions.
- Support career initiatives and networking events.
Process and interpret data (20%)
- Analyse CRM and recruitment funnel data.
- Build dashboards and reports.
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
- Support forecasting and performance tracking.
- Leverage AI and digital tools to improve insight generation and efficiency.
You
- Have hands-on experience analysing CRM or funnel data and building reports or dashboards (eg in Excel, Power BI or Tableau) that lead to concrete recommendations.
- Use GenAI tools in a practical and responsible way for analysis, reporting and content.
- Are able to hold credible advisory conversations with experienced professionals in an international environment and guide them towards a decision.
- Can turn data into clear stories for prospects, employers and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an advantage.
- Are organised, proactive and comfortable working towards conversion targets.
- Ideally bring experience in recruitment, admissions, sales, business development, consulting or customer success.
- Experience setting up or managing a CRM or marketing automation platform is a plus.
- Knowledge of the business school market or graduate labour markets is a plus.
