Your mission  

  • Report directly to our GPTW® CEO and act as the operational leader and people manager of the GPTW team (of 6 people) towards reaching their goals in line with the strategy.
  • Implement and follow up on the GPtW® strategy. Facilitate the monthly strategy meeting with the team, pro-actively improve and develop existing and new procedures, techniques, and methods in line with this strategy.
  • Take responsibility for the financial overview & KPIs. Creation and execution of monthly, quarterly and annual business plans, reporting revenue trends, designing and measuring KPIs that ensure the company is tracking to its goals.
  • Be an expert of all Great Place to Work® products & services. You leverage this expertise to guide your fellow team members, better service your clients & reach our organizational goals.
  • Proactively provide updates and relevant information on product changes/updates, GPtW® events/research/recognition programme to your clients and team members.
  • Create business development opportunities and serve as a trusted advisor to inform potential clients of the value and opportunities GPtW® offers. Ensure strong collaboration and feedback between Sales and Marketing colleagues to deepen customer relationships and retention. Build new and work on existing relationships with HR and C-level executives to help secure renewal business.
  • Represent the Belgian GPtW® office during international collaboration meetings, global strategy calls, quarterly KPI updates etc.
  • Support in organizing and giving presentations & workshops for clients. Delivering results of the employee engagement results to customers and giving presentations on workplace culture analysis.
  • Coordinate different projects within the department and take part in cross departmental projects.

 

You

  • Are energetic, entrepreneurial, customer-oriented and have a growth mindset.
  • Are comfortable with managing projects and guiding a team.
  • Show natural leadership skills to operationally manage a team in a participative way.
  • Love building client relationships in a mainly virtual setting. You are a great networker and possess business development skills.
  • Have strong communication skills in English and Dutch. Fluency in French is a plus.
  • Are data savvy and feel comfortable advising customers and the team in this.
  • Place importance on helping customers make progress in their own organisation.
  • Have a master’s degree and a strong interest in the field of HR and Organizational Behaviour.
  • Have at least 5 years of work experience.
  • Like working in team and are flexible to help team members wherever necessary.
  • Can work on a campus of your choice (Ghent, Brussels or Leuven) in combination with your home office. Since the GPTW® team is mainly based on our Ghent campus, you are willing to work on this campus at least 2 days a week.
