We are looking for a marketing all-rounder who's ready to take full ownership of everything related to marketing and communication at Raccoons. From strategy to execution, you'll be our go-to person.

At Raccoons, you'll be surrounded by AI enthusiasts who love nothing more than building the unthinkable — as long as artificial intelligence is involved. Your job? Making sure our (future) clients know it.

In this position, you'll:
  • Make sure Raccoons is seen everywhere — in other words: manage our online presence (website, socials, SEO…)
  • Manage all content creation and campaigns putting our brand and services in the spotlight. Think of writing blog posts, whitepapers, or cases or even recording and editing our podcast, Radio Raccoons
  • Design high-quality visuals that bring our message to life
  • Organize and support events (more specifically, our quarterly event: The Bar!)
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints — from social media to sales presentations
  • Develop and execute a clear marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Summarized? You have a knack for marketing, communication, and most importantly: AI. And you can't wait to get started at Raccoons. 

Is this you?
  • You're hands-on and proactive — you don't wait around. You make things happen.
  • You love experimenting with AI tooling to make your own processes more efficient
  • You love learning about AI and follow industry trends to translate them into content ideas (of course, we don't expect you to start coding 😉)
  • You're both creative and analytical: you can write great copy, love a good dashboard, and enjoy tinkering with automation flows
  • You're fluent in English and Dutch
  • You're comfortable working independently, but enjoy collaborating with the management and technical team to get the right input
Bonus points if you…
  • Have experience with tools like HubSpot, GA4, Webflow
  • Know your way around design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva) and content creation tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Logic Pro X…)
  • Are familiar with B2B marketing, technology or innovation environments
