motivated and reliable student assistant to join our dynamic team in Brussels, starting
October 2025, for
2 days per week.
What you will do:
As a student assistant you will:
- Help organise online and in-person events (sending invitations, managing logistics, supporting webinars with presentations, recordings, breakout rooms, etc.)
- Support content creation and scheduling for our LinkedIn and Instagram page
- Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations and communication materials.
- Contribute to event promotion with basic design and illustration tasks (Canva, Photoshop)
- Participate in other inclusion-focused projects that drive impact in the finance industry
Who you are:We are looking for someone who:
- Is ideally in their third year of a Bachelor's or first year of a Master's program, with prior experience in event organisation (e.g. through a student association or volunteer work).
- Is mature, stress-resistant, and eager to learn and grow professionally.
- Brings a team player mindset and demonstrates strong values of inclusive leadership.
- Has a genuine interest in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
- Communicates fluently in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus but not required.
- Is comfortable using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Canva.
