🔥 What you'll be doing- Own the customer journey – from onboarding to renewal, you make sure our customers get the most out of our product and services.
- Be the strategic partner – understand their challenges, anticipate their needs, and help them succeed.
- Drive adoption & growth – turn users into power users and spot opportunities for upselling and expansion.
- Champion customer feedback – work closely with our product and sales teams to ensure we keep improving.
- Solve problems with flair – when challenges arise, you step up, think fast, and find a solution.
💡 What makes you the perfect match- You speak fluent Dutch and/or French (and solid English) – we want our customers to feel at home.
- You have 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or a related role (Account Management, Consulting, etc.).
- You love people — seriously, you thrive on building relationships and helping customers succeed.
- You know your way around SaaS tools and can guide customers like a pro.
- You don’t just manage accounts; you drive results. You spot opportunities and aren’t afraid to take the lead.
