Product Manager SME Excellence Programme

Your mission
- Take ownership of the SME Excellence programme (2 editions) and Excellence Labs (2 running editions) as programme manager.
- Take the lead in commercial and marketing activities securing participants for the programmes mentioned.
- Take responsibility for programme design, product management and delivery of the programmes.
- Act as a spoc for different internal and external stakeholders.
- Build a strong network with the entrepreneurship community by regularly attending relevant network events.
- Coach our participants, ideally based on your own experience as an entrepreneur.
- Work out a growth plan for the SME Excellence Programme.
- Be the SPOC for the Centre for Excellence in SME Management.
You
- Have affinity, experience with the SME landscape, and a warm heart towards entrepreneurs.
- Possess networking and sales skills to connect with different stakeholders and are ready to be a credible advisor for entrepreneurs and owner-managers.
- Are at your best in (front of) a group. You are looking forward to coordinating the different editions of our SME Excellence Programme.
- Ideally have coaching experience or experience as an entrepreneur, enabling you to increase the impact of our learning journey.
- Have an excellent written and verbal knowledge of English, French and Dutch and good planning skills to overview the different projects and deadlines.
- Want to work on our beautiful campuses in Ghent, Brussels and/or Leuven in combination with your home office. You will join the rest of the VEA team on the Ghent campus at least 2 times/week.
