We have created a centralized marketing team to bring together the expertise of our marketing professionals and deliver impact across the entire organization. By combining forces, we build strategic added value, streamline processes, improve collaboration, and stay agile in a fast-changing market.
Your mission
- Develop the digital campaign strategy, media planning and budget across markets, target audiences in close collaboration with the Head of Marketing and the business units, linked to the overall marketing strategy.
- Coordinate the development, set-up and continuous optimisation of a wide variety of brand, portfolio, product and event campaigns across multiple channels together with 2 Digital Campaign Managers.
- Manage the digital campaign budget and closely monitor spend and performance. Report on the actual situation and continuously adapt to improve ROI.
- Define KPIs, lead performance reviews and drive continuous optimisation with the digital campaign team and business stakeholders.
- Develop and structure the collaboration with other central marketing team members to optimise campaign creatives and messaging, content & landing pages and automated nurturing flows.
- Manage external partners to ensure strong alignment between international and local campaigns.
- Take a leading role in the broader campaign data and reporting project with the aim of improving marketing data quality, automated reporting and campaign ROI.
- Support future-oriented digital and performance marketing thinking and collaboration across the organisation.
- Select and manage digital tools and suppliers in line with quality and budget requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in online marketing and marketing automation, benchmarking our approach against industry standards.
- Report directly to the Head of Marketing.
You
- Have at least 10 years of experience in defining a digital campaign strategy and translating it into a concrete plan and budget. Additionally, you have the necessary hands-on experience in developing, setting up and continuously monitoring and optimizing campaigns across a wide range of digital channels.
- Have experience with functionally coordinating and coaching a small team of 2 Digital Campaign Managers. Have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Are driven and goal-oriented and have strong planning and execution skills. Show willingness to act and ensure strategies are high-level, actionable and grounded.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment towards common goals and cohesive efforts.
- Are capable of leading and structuring cross-functional strategic projects, whether within the team or across various departments.
- Are able to work under pressure, proactively plan and prioritize workload, based on critical thinking and decision making.
- Have excellent written and verbal knowledge of English.
- Are flexible to work on our 2 campuses in Ghent and Brussels in combination with your home office.
