Learning Experience Specialist – Open Executive Education

Are you excited to join our Open Executive Education team, responsible for design, delivery and innovation of our executive programmes, as a Learning Experience Specialist? Here’s what you need to know!
Your mission
… is to play a key role in programme support, delivery and innovation:
- Take ownership of the delivery of ±40 programme days per year, both on campus and online, ensuring a warm, professional and high-quality Vlerick learning experience.
- Facilitate learning moments where relevant, helping participants translate insights into their professional context.
- Prepare and organise open executive education programmes, from aligning on content with faculty to ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
- Ensure smooth end-to-end programme delivery, from preparation to follow-up, with a strong focus on participant experience and quality.
- Work towards meeting the targets of your programmes in terms of the quality of the experience.
- Become a credible sounding board for customers and faculty by building content expertise in the programmes you are responsible for.
- Be a leading partner in (new) programme (re)design in all its aspects (integrating new trends, adapting to new formats, …).
- Build strong relationships with faculty, supporting teams, participants and alumni, and contribute to the visibility and reputation of our complete open executive education portfolio.
You
- Communicate with professionalism, enthusiasm and empathy, 1-to-1 and towards groups, both in English and Dutch.
- Are service and quality driven. Working with customers and other stakeholders gives you energy.
- Possess business understanding and communicate clearly and with empathy with your customers.
- Naturally take ownership and are looking forward to having A-Z responsibility for your programme portfolio.
- and are a fluent problem-solver.
- Use data and feedback (i.a., NPS) to drive improvement and innovation.
- Have at least 3 years of relevant experience, are digitally savvy and familiar with different learning formats.
- Have a Masters degree or equivalent through work experience.
- Are looking forward to working on our beautiful campuses in Brussels, Ghent and Leuven, in combination with your home office.
