What’s on your CV, is important but is by no means the only thing we attach importance to. Your communication skills are crucial, since you are one of the primary point of contact for different stakeholders. Therefore you are fluent in English and Dutch. A user-first mindset and a knack for solving problems creatively will get you up to speed in no-time. Speaks for itself that you have knowledge of usability principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards. Collaborating with colleagues across various countries, you will develop innovative digital solutions used by all our media brands. More specifically you will join the Group Design Team.

Your role includes.
- You design user-friendly interfaces that align with both user needs and business goals
- You will work with the outcomes of user research and collaborate closely with your fellow UX researchers
- By designing engaging prototypes, wireframes, and innovative concept designs you turn user research insights into impactful solutions
- You have experience working with design systems and love contributing to their growth, helping us build scalable solutions that strengthen our brands
- You collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring those designs to life
- You take the lead in organizing and facilitating dynamic workshops on new and existing features, collaborating closely with stakeholders and development teams
- You are a trendwatcher and love to stay informed about the latest insights in UX/UI to introduce fresh ideas to the team
