Your mission
- Deliver iGMO (Impulscentrum voor groei van Middelgrote Ondernemingen) programmes by taking ownership in ensuring a warm, high-quality Vlerick learning experience for entrepreneurs by professionally welcoming, supporting, facilitating and guiding entrepreneurs and owners on campus.
- Support sales by assisting the Director of iGMO in sales conversations and following up on warm leads.
- Manage stakeholders as the single point of contact for faculty, service team, and participants, ensuring a seamless journey from pre-programme to post-programme follow-up.
- Build community & network by actively engaging with the entrepreneurship ecosystem, attending events, and nurturing relationships that also create cross-selling opportunities.
- Own niche programmes by managing 1–2 specialised programmes end-to-end, meeting revenue targets, ensuring learning quality, and overseeing programme design and delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement by staying informed on trends in entrepreneurship and learning & development, and using new insights to enhance programme design and delivery.

- Are passionate about entrepreneurship and SME management
- Are able to build and nurture strong networks, acting as a credible partner for entrepreneurs
- Bring relevant professional experience, ideally within entrepreneurship or SME management
- Excel at community building, connecting people thoughtfully and matching needs within the network
- Listen with discretion and handle entrepreneurs’ professional and personal challenges with care
- Deliver outstanding service and go the extra mile for customers
- Organise effectively, managing multiple projects, structures and administrative tasks with ease
- Communicate clearly in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
- Collaborate naturally, work autonomously when needed, and maintain a strong ‘get things done’ mindset
- Show flexibility in working hours and location during programme days, including evenings, and are preferably based on our Ghent campus
