Intern – Business Administration - Packaging Operations Financial Planning & Analysis

Welcome to our team
The Financial Planning & Analysis department is an essential hub in our organization. This department is focused on Budget / Forecast cycles as well as month end close analyses for the Haarlem Packaging site. The team consists of 3 employees, all of whom have extensive knowledge and experience in Finance. The team works closely with other departments within the company to achieve the stated goals.

Your internship assignment 
As an intern, you will help improve internal processes such as automating goods destruction, creating business cases, approving cycle count differences, and automating month-end reports.

Your responsibilities

• Discussing with departments and understanding the core processes and needs.
  
  
• Developing SharePoint flows and forms to support process.
  
  
• Contribute to the ongoing digitalization efforts.
  
  
• Providing a fresh perspective to the department by sharing your opinion.
  
  

The described tasks form the basic package and will often be performed independently after a proper training and learning period. These tasks may be supplemented with other projects and/or tasks on your own initiative or at the request of the organization.

What is required

• Third or final year, Bachelor or Master student in Business Administration (bedrijfskunde)
  
  
• Familiarity with Power BI, Process Improvement
  
  
• Ability to work proactivity and independently with guidance
  
  
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  
  
•  Available for a period of 3 to 4 days per week starting as soon as possible
